While our overall intention is to encourage communication across the City for people to play and find games, as with everything we need some rules to ensure that everyone is able to use the boards on an equal footing.
1. Language: Some younger people may be on the boards to look for clubs, games, etc. While occasionally you may feel it is appropriate to vent your frustrations creatively, can you please be mindful of the language you use.
2. Respect: The forum has been set up to enable everyone to discuss games, exchange ideas and enhance their own gaming experiences. We would not like to see posts on any part of the forum which attack specific individuals or clubs. There's an old saying, opinions are like bottoms - everyone has one and they usually stink. You're entitled to your opinion, but if it will result in you disrespecting another forum member or club, it might be wise to keep it to yourself
3. Disagreements: We will all disgree with something at some point. If you have an issue with something posted on the forum please, initially, take it up with the moderator of the board in question. If you're still not happy with their response then, by all means, contact Pockets. Flame wars will not be smiled upon.
4. Suggestions: I know that some people out there will have ideas on what should be on the forum or how specific issues should be addressed. If you have a suggestion, then please use the board titled 'Suggestions' - we (the moderators and admin) will review all of the suggestions on a regular basis.
There may be more rules introduced as the forum develops and expands. If any major changes are introduced, I'll try to make sure an announcement is sent out.
